Going forward we all need to adhere to a 45 minute pick window between picks. If we keep it a 4 hours we can not finish this draft in time. Please all of you check in going forward more often so that we do not have to auto pick for you.

So stupid, thats even stupid just for the difference in west coast vs east coast time, let alone my 18 hour time difference. Why do we even need to be finished in time, can we not retroactively score the first week? Not to mention that we arent actually averaging 4hours per pick in a 4 hour per selection draft, because as soon as 4 hours is up someone is skipped, and many pick in less than 4 hours ... |

I here you frustrastion. The 45 minutes was not going to take place during the middle of the night American time. So all the out of country and night owls are not even affected. Moving the draft along is not meant to penalize anyone. Its only meant to make owners aware that they need to check in throughout the day and be aware of where they are in the upcoming drafts. No one wants to screw anyone here. The main most active owners, which we have quite a few wont be affected. If the others try harder to be aware it wont affect them either.
