Really liking this for Baltimore. There isn't a major discernible difference between a 9th MLB vs a 13th MLB and all those minors picks. He also dumps cap (now and down the line) for a guy who has had one, maybe two good years. And Segura is WAY more valuable, especially in this format with how much control his team has over him. Not worthy of a veto, but there is definitely a winner and a loser here.
