Cardinals Trade: Matt Moore 15: $3.0M 16: $5.0M 17: $7.0M 18: $9.0M 19: $10.0M 20: UFA MiLB 12th Round Pick MiLB 17th Round Pick MiLB 18th Round Pick
for
Brewers Trade: Danny Salazar 15: $0.4M Trevor Bauer 15: $0.4M -------------------------------- Accept. My rotation is shit and i cant afford to wait around on Moore. Salazar reminds me of Moore and if he can get his control issue straightened out he has a higher strikeout potenital. Bauer returns to my team to give me an arm for my rotation to open the season.

I don't understand the "can't afford to wait around on Moore" part of the explanation where you'll be waiting on Salazar the same amount of time or longer, plus he is way less proven. Bauer has some legit potential for sure, but that is some solid Minors talent being given up for when the centerpiece you get back is a 25 year old in AAA. Guess I just like this more for Milwaukee. It isn't terrible for STL, but I digress

don't really understand the urgency to move Moore, but it's a good return, much more of a gamble in my opinion. Approval granted
