I accept. I have duda at first too so could afford to move singleton. Gain a nice starter and a couple solid prospects that I like.

veto. way too much being given. latos is a proven #2 SP, and since he was injured last year is on a relatively cheap contract, plus two nice prospects? singleton has been horrible in the bigs so far, was just sent down and the only thing he has going for hi is a nice contract.

Pass... But not by a lot
Latos was hurt last year and now moves to a new team. I think he is still a very good SP and better in terms of production that Singleton, but Singleton's value is high for 4 reasons: age, position, team, and contract. He is a young guy, he plays a position that is very top heavy (so if you don't have a great one, you probably have a shitty one; Singleton has the potential to be in that upper echelon and it is hard to come by people willing to deal those types of players). He is on a team that, although improving, has been historically awful the past 3 seasons and won't be truly contending arguably for another 2-3 years. Although the just sent to the minors, he will be given every chance to fail and learn from his mistakes and become a better player; basically, no one will give up on him in Houston because they can't afford to and believe in his potential. Team is overlooked a lot, I believe, in trades; if your team believes in you, the playing time and improvement will come. Lastly, contract. That is a unique and special contract and one that is a bargain for years to come. I think the additions of O'Brien and Adams (two just outside the Top 100 prospects, the former of which can ascend to enormous heights IF he can show last year wasn't a fluke) will likely lead to this being vetoed by others, and I won't heavily dispute that. But, this is my case and my decision is to (barely) pass the deal.

Nah..latos hasn't had an ERA over 4 since his rookie year in 2009..close to a k/9 for his career and pitching in Miami on a friendly contract. Singletons had a big cup of coffee and did not perform well. The prospects are also very nice pieces. Way too much. Veto

Veto..Baltimore gives up too much. Latos is far above singleton's value Low 3.00 era's vs singletons huge strikeout margin and low average plus singleton has been optioned to the minors.
