I accept. Monster deal here for sure. I believe I get two stars, both of which fill holes on my team (legit #1 SP and a living, breathing 3B who also happens to be a star) and makes me better for now and the future. Porcello and Gomez both have great contracts, but I feel like Zimm's extension and Seager's deal overall will be/are very affordable in their own rights. I really love this deal for me; giving up a Top 10 player is never easy but in a league where depth (and especially depth in stars) is arguably the number one priority, I am elated to be able to add two stars to my team.
