What? makes no sense.
Samardzjiza was Ranked 22 for SP in 2014, therefore he gets a 20M contract.
we base it on this
1-10 = $30 M
11-20 = $25 M
21-30 = $20 M
31-70 =$15 M
71-150 = $5M
150 and beyond =$2.5M
